  "text": "EDUCATION, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 10th March 1999\nLaid before Parliament 11th March 1999\nComing into force 1st April 1999\nWhereas the Secretary of State for Education and Employment has received a proposal from the Further Education Funding Council for England, made in accordance with section 51 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (“the Act”), for the dissolution under section 27 of the Act of the further education corporation known as High Pavement Sixth Form College, Nottingham (“High Pavement College”);\nNow therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 27 of the Act, the Secretary of State, after consulting High Pavement College and with the consent of the further education corporation known as New College, Nottingham (“New College”), hereby makes the following Order:",
