  "text": "The following provisions of the 2004 Act shall come into force on 1 April 2005:\nSection 2;\nSection 49 to the extent it relates to the provision of Schedule 6 specified below;\nParagraph 3 of Schedule 6;\nSection 50 to the extent it relates to the provision of Schedule 7 specified below; and\nIn Schedule 7 —\nthe repeal in Schedule 1 of the Superannuation Act 1972 of the entry relating to the Arts and Humanities Research Board.",
