  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order is the third Commencement Order made under the Higher Education Act 2004 and brings into force certain provisions of that Act on 1 April 2005.\nArticle 2 commences provisions concerning the transfer of property, rights and liabilities from the Arts and Humanities Research Board to the Arts and Humanities Research Council.",
