  "text": "(1) There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament—\n(a) any expenditure incurred by the Secretary of State by virtue of this Act, and\n(b) any increase attributable to this Act in the sums which by virtue of any other Act are payable out of money so provided.\n(2) There shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund any sums received by a Minister of the Crown by virtue of this Act.",
