  "heading": "Prescribed maximum amount for the final academic years of courses and academic years of courses of initial training of teachers",
  "text": "(1) This regulation applies in respect of—\n(a) the final academic year of a course where that academic year is normally required to be completed after less than 15 weeks’ attendance;\n(b) a course of initial training of teachers (including such a course leading to a first degree), an academic year during which any periods of full-time study are in aggregate less than 10 weeks.\n(2) Where this regulation applies, Column 2 of Table 2 specifies the prescribed maximum amount for the purposes of section 5(3) of the 2015 Act in respect of an academic year in the corresponding entry in Column 1.\nTable 2\nColumn 1\nColumn 2\nAcademic year\nPrescribed maximum amount\nBeginning before 1 August 2024\n£4,500\nBeginning on or after 1 August 2024 but before 1 August 2025\n£4,625\nBeginning on or after 1 August 2025 but before 1 August 2026\n£4,765\nBeginning on or after 1 August 2026\n£4,895",
