  "heading": "Prescribed maximum amount for sandwich courses",
  "text": "(1) This regulation applies in respect of an academic year of a sandwich course—\n(a) during which any periods of full-time study are in aggregate less than 10 weeks, or\n(b) if in respect of that academic year and any previous academic years of the course the aggregate of any one or more periods of attendance which are not periods of full-time study at the institution (disregarding intervening vacations) exceeds 30 weeks.\n(2) Where this regulation applies, Column 2 of Table 3 specifies the prescribed maximum amount for the purposes of section 5(3) of the 2015 Act in respect of an academic year in the corresponding entry in Column 1.\nTable 3\nColumn 1\nColumn 2\nAcademic year\nPrescribed maximum amount\nBeginning before 1 August 2024\n£1,800\nBeginning on or after 1 August 2024 but before 1 August 2025\n£1,850\nBeginning on or after 1 August 2025 but before 1 August 2026\n£1,905\nBeginning on or after 1 August 2026\n£1,955",
