(a)

in the heading, for “Department of Scientific and Industrial Research” substitute “ United Kingdom Research and Innovation ”,

(b)

in subsection (1), for “the National Environment Research Council” substitute “ United Kingdom Research and Innovation ”, and

(c)

in subsections (1) to (3) and (5), for “the Council”, in each place, substitute “ UKRI ”.
