  "text": "(1) In Part 2 of Schedule 7A (specific reservations) (which is inserted by the Wales Act 2017), Section C11 (Research Councils) is amended as follows.\n(2) In the heading, at the beginning insert “ United Kingdom Research and Innovation and ”.\n(3) In paragraph 87—\n(a) at the beginning insert “ United Kingdom Research and Innovation (“UKRI”), and ”, and\n(b) after “relating to” insert “ UKRI and ”.\n(4) In paragraph 88—\n(a) omit “Arts and Humanities Research Council within the meaning of Part 1 of the Higher Education Act 2004, and the”,\n(b) for “that Act” substitute “ the Higher Education Act 2004 ”, and\n(c) for “that Council” substitute “ UKRI ”.",
