  "text": "(1) In this Schedule—\n“designated body” means a body for the time being designated under this Schedule;\n“the effective date”, in relation to a designated body, has the meaning given in paragraph 3;\n“graduate” has the same meaning as in section 65.\n(2) References in this Schedule to a body that is suitable to be designated under this Schedule are to be read in accordance with paragraph 4.",
