# Higher Education and Research Act 2017, Paragraph 1


This Schedule applies in relation to the imposition by the OfS of a requirement to pay costs on the governing body of a provider under section 73. where under section 73 the OfS imposes a requirement to pay costs on—
(a) the governing body of a registered higher education provider,
(b) the governing body of a constituent institution of a registered higher education provider, or
(c) a students’ union.
