In section 124C (initial and transitional arrangements)—
(a) in the heading, at the end insert “ : Wales ”,
(b) in subsection (1), after “a corporation” insert “ in Wales ”, and
(c) in subsection (3), after “higher education corporation” insert “ in Wales ”.
