  "text": "(1) Section 78 (financial years of higher education corporations) is amended as follows.\n(2) In the heading, at the end insert “ : Wales ”.\n(3) In subsection (1), after “higher education corporations” insert “ in Wales ”.\n(4) After subsection (2) insert—\n“(3) In this section “higher education corporation in Wales” means a higher education corporation established to conduct an institution whose activities are carried on, or principally carried on, in Wales.”",
