  "text": "(1) In this Part—\n“Council” has the meaning given by section 92;\n“humanities” includes the arts;\n“knowledge exchange” has the meaning given by section 93;\n“research and innovation strategy” has the meaning given by section 99;\n“science” includes social sciences.\n(2) In this Part, a reference to the United Kingdom includes a reference to any part of the United Kingdom.",
