  "text": "In this Act—\n“notice” means written notice (and to “notify” means to give written notice);\n“the OfS” has the meaning given by section 1;\n“primary legislation” means—\n(a)an Act of Parliament;\n(b)an Act of the Scottish Parliament;\n(c)a Measure or Act of the National Assembly for Wales;\n(d)Northern Ireland legislation;\n“secondary legislation” means an instrument made under primary legislation;\n“UKRI” has the meaning given by section 91.",
