  "text": "Nothing done under this Part is to affect the right of the Archbishop of Canterbury, or any other person, by virtue of the Ecclesiastical Licences Act 1533 to grant a degree where the recipient is not required—\n(a) to complete an appropriate course of study or an appropriate programme of supervised research, or\n(b) to satisfy an appropriate examination, test or other assessment.",
