      "text": "2004 c.8. Section 24(6) was amended by paragraph 26 of Schedule 4 to the Education Act 2005 (c.18) and paragraph 20(1) and (4) of Schedule 5 to the Education Act 2011 (c.21). Section 24(6) is repealed by paragraph 30(2) of Schedule 11 to the Higher Education and Research Act 2017 (c.29) but that repeal is not yet in force. Section 47 is amended by paragraph 30(3) of Schedule 11 to the Higher Education and Research Act 2017 but those amendments are not yet in force."
