# The Higher Education (Basic Amount) (England) Regulations 2016, Regulation 8: Prescribed basic amount for part-time courses from 1st August 2017

Extent: E+W

The basic amount in respect of a part-time course is—
(a) £4,625 in respect of an eligible institution; or
(b) £4,500 in respect of any other institution.
