  "heading": "Specified maximum amount for sandwich courses",
  "text": "(1) This regulation applies in respect of an academic year of a sandwich course—\n(a) during which any periods of full-time study are in aggregate less than 10 weeks, or\n(b) if in respect of that academic year and any previous academic years of the course the aggregate of any one or more periods of attendance which are not periods of full-time study at the institution (disregarding intervening vacations) exceeds 30 weeks.\n(2) Where this regulation applies, the specified maximum amount for the purposes of section 46(6) of the 2022 Act is £1,955.\n(3) In this regulation, “sandwich course” has the meaning given in paragraph 6(1) of Schedule 1 to the Education (Student Support) (Wales) Regulations 2018.",
