Laid before Parliament 27th June 1990
Coming into force 18th July 1990
The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 218(9)(b) and 232(6) ofthe Education Reform Act 1988 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:–
