# The Higher Education (Wales) Regulations 1990, Regulation 6: Restrictions on designated courses


Without prejudice to the powers of the Secretary of State under regulations 4 and 5 above, he may from time totime give directions as to the number and categories of students to be admitted to a designated course provided at an institution ofa kind referred to in regulation 4 above.
