Laid before Parliament 26th January 1993
Coming into force 1st April 1993
The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 218(9)(b) and 232(6) of the Education Reform Act 1988 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
