  "text": "In the entries numbered 2 and 4 in Part I of this Schedule the distance limit specified in column 2 shall, in relation to land required for the provision of new means of access to premises from a highway or proposed highway, have effect with the substitution for the distance there mentioned of a distance of 880 yards from the middle of that highway or proposed highway.",
