  "text": "Purposes for which acquisition of land or rights is required\nRelated schemes and orders\nPurposes connected with a trunk road, not being a special road.\nAn order under section 10 of this Act relating to the trunk road.\nAn order under section 14 of this Act relating to the trunk road.\nPurposes connected with a special road.\nA scheme under section 16 of this Act relating to the special road.\nAn order under section 18 of this Act relating to the special road.\nThe construction, in pursuance of an order under section 106(1) of this Act, as part of a trunk road of a bridge over or a tunnel under navigable waters.\nThe order under the said section 106(1).\nThe construction, in pursuance of a scheme under section 106(3) of this Act, as part of a highway or proposed highway of a bridge over or a tunnel under navigable waters.\nThe scheme under the said section 106(3).\nPurposes connected with a classified road, not being a special road.\nAn order under section 14 of this Act relating to the classified road.\nThe provision of a new means of access to any premises from a highway or proposed highway.\nAn order under section 124 of this Act stopping up a means of access to those premises from that or any other highway.\nThe diversion, in pursuance of an order under section 108(1) of this Act, of a navigable watercourse.\nThe order under the said section 108(1).",
