# Highways Act 1980, Paragraph 26

In section 1(1)(a) of the Local Land Charges Act 1975 omit “the Highways Act 1959” and for “the Highways Act 1971” substitute “ the Highways Act 1980 (or any Act repealed by that Act) ”.
