# Highways Act 1980, Paragraph 7

In section 3(10) of the Parish Councils Act 1957—
(a) for “the Highways Act 1959” substitute “ the Highways Act 1980 ” ;
(b) for “section eleven of the said Act of 1959” substitute “ section 16 of the said Act of 1980 ”.
