  "text": "And be it further Enacted by the Authority aforesaid That all matters concerning Highways Causeys Pavements and Bridgs menc[i]ed in this Act shall be determined in the County where the same do lie and not elsewhere And that no Presentment Indictment or Order made by virtue of this Act shall be removed by Certiorari out of the said County into any other Court.",
