Laid before Parliament 20th December 1994
Coming into force 10th January 1995
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 9 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992, and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals, hereby makes the following Rules:
