# The Highways (Road Humps) (Amendment) Regulations 1990, Introduction: Introductory text


HIGHWAYS, ENGLAND AND WALES
Made 20th July 1990
Laid before Parliament 1st August 1990
Coming into force 22nd August 1990
The Secretary of State for Transport as respects England and the Secretary of State for Wales as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 90C(1) and 90D(1) and (2) of the Highways Act 1980, and all other enabling powers, and after consultation with representative organisations in accordance with sections 90C(6) and 90D(3) of that Act, hereby make the following Regulations:
