# The Highways (Road Humps) (Amendment) Regulations 1990, Regulation 2


The Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1990 are hereby amended so that—
(a) in regulation 4, in paragraph (3), for sub-paragraph (b) there is substituted the following sub-paragraph—
“(b) in respect of the hump, or where there is a series of humps, the first hump in the series, at least one of the requirements specified in paragraph (4) below is satisfied.”; and
(b) in regulation 5(2) and (4) for the word “drawing” there is substituted the word “diagram”.
