  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations revoke the Highways (Traffic Calming) Regulations 1993 and replace them with new provisions. The principal change is that no traffic signs will be required to warn of the presence of a traffic calming work which is in a 20mph zone.",
