Article 1

This Order may be cited as the Hijacking Act 1971 (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 1973 and shall come into operation on 10th December 1973.

This Order shall be construed as one with the Hijacking Act 1971 (Overseas Territories) Order 1971^f1 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Order”) and the principal Order and this Order may be cited together as the Hijacking Act 1971 (Overseas Territories) Orders 1971 and 1973.
