  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Hill Farm Allowance Regulations 2001, shall come into force on 19th March 2001 and, subject to paragraph (2), shall apply to England.\n(2) Paragraph 1 of Schedule 3, and regulation 10 in so far as it relates to that paragraph, shall also apply to Scotland.",
