# The Hill Farm Allowance Regulations 2001, Regulation 9: Exclusion of forage area


In relation to any claimant who has an individual reference quantity of milk available to him, the deductions specified in Schedule 2 shall apply to the claimed forage area for the purposes of determining the relevant forage area.
