# The Hill Farm Allowance Regulations 2006, Regulation 1: Title, commencement and application

These Regulations may be cited as the Hill Farm Allowance Regulations 2006, come into force on 1st March 2006, and apply only in relation to holdings situated wholly or partly in England.
