Regulation 3 Amendment of the Hill Livestock (Compensatory Allowances) Regulations 1992

In regulation 3 (compensatory allowances)—

(a)

in paragraph (3)(b)(i), for the figure “£2.45”, there shall be substituted the figure “£2.86”;

(b)

in paragraph (4)(a), for the figure “£8.75”, there shall be substituted the figure “£6.50”; and

(c)

in paragraph (4)(b), wherever they appear, for the figures “£4.90” and “£2.45”, there shall be substituted “£3.60” and “£2.86” respectively.
