Regulation 3 Amendment of the Hill Livestock (Compensatory Allowances) Regulations 1993

In regulation 3 thereof (compensatory allowances)—

(a)

in paragraph (3)(b)(i) there shall be substituted for the words “is available” the words “appears to the appropriate Minister to have been available”; and

(b)

in paragraph (4)(b)(ii) there shall be substituted for the words “is available” the words “the appropriate Minister is satisfied was available”.
