Regulation 5 Amendment of the Hill Livestock (Compensatory Allowances) Regulations 1993

In regulation 10(1) thereof (withholding or recovery of compensatory allowance) there shall be substituted for the words “which has not been released in accordance with regulation 9” the words “from which he has not been released by virtue of regulation 9”.
