  "text": "Section 26(2), (3) and (4) of the Act shall apply to any person employed by Hinckley College immediately before 1st March 1996 as if the references in that section—\n(a) to a person to whom that section applies were to a person so employed;\n(b) to the operative date were to 1st March 1996;\n(c) to the transferor were to Hinckley College; and\n(d) to the corporation were to North Warwickshire College of Technology and Art, Nuneaton.",
