Article 4 Amendment to Part 3 (Approved plans) of Schedule 1 (Authorised project)

(1)

Part 3 (Approved plans) of Schedule 1 (Authorised project) to the Order is amended as follows.

(2)

For the approved plans referred to in paragraph (3), substitute the approved plans as set out in the Schedule to this Order.

(3)

The approved plans referred to in paragraph (2) are each of those listed between the following headings in Part 3 (Approved plans) of Schedule 1 (Authorised project) to the Order—

(a)

“HPC Permanent Development Site”; and

(b)

“HPC Accommodation Site”.

(4)

The Schedule to this Order has effect.
