# The Hinkley Point C (Nuclear Generating Station) (Amendment) Order 2017, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as The Hinkley Point C (Nuclear Generating Station) (Amendment) Order 2017 and shall come into force on 18th August 2017.
