# The Hinkley Point C (Nuclear Generating Station) (Amendment) Order 2018, Article 4: Amendment to Part 2 (Temporary jetty works) of Schedule 1 (Authorised project)


(1) Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Order is amended as follows.
(2) In the description of Work No. TJ1 after “elevated roadway” insert “and drainage infrastructure (including pipework and outfalls)”.
