# The Hinkley Point C (Nuclear Generating Station) (Amendment) Order 2021, Article 3: Amendments to Part 1 (Authorised development) of Schedule 1 (Authorised project), Work No. 1A


(1) In Part 1 (Authorised development) of Schedule 1 (Authorised project) to the 2013 Order the description of Work No. 1A is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (h)—
(a) omit “Entry Relay Building;”;
(b) for “Auxiliary Administration Centre” substitute “Auxiliary Administration Building”;
(c) omit “EDF Site Offices;”;
(d) omit “Vehicle search area building adjacent to the C182;”;
(e) for “Emergency Response Store” substitute “Back-up Emergency Equipment Store”;
(f) after “Back Up Containerised Generators;” omit “and”; and
(g) at the end of the list, below “Valve Room for Demineralisation Station;” insert—
“Emergency Response Centre; and” and
“Emergency Response Energy Centre.”.
(3) In paragraph (m), omit “, helipad”.
