  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Hinkley Point C (Nuclear Generating Station) Order 2013 (“the 2013 Order”), a development consent order under the Planning Act 2008.\nThis Order follows an application under paragraph 2 of Schedule 6 to the Act for a non-material change to allow for changes to the site layout and design of buildings and structures within the permanent development site of Hinkley Point C and amendments to the listed plans in Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the 2013 Order.\nThis Order, in article 7, provides for the certification of new, revised or substituted plans for use as evidence in proceedings.\nThe changes to the 2013 Order take effect from the date specified in this Order.",
