# The Hinkley Point C (Nuclear Generating Station) Order 2013, Article 16: Status of footpaths created or improved

Extent: E+W+S

With effect from the date on which the highway authority is satisfied that the footpaths specified in columns (1) and (2) of Schedule 7 (status of footpaths created or improved) have been created or improved to the standard specified in a footpath implementation plan, the footpaths in question shall be deemed to have the status specified in column (3) of that Schedule.
