  "text": "The limits of the harbour referred to in article 58 are—\n(a) the seaward limits, that is to say, the area bounded by an imaginary line commencing at a point at ST1945046126, then extending in a straight line to a point at ST1873246621, then extending in a straight line to a point at ST1964046879, then in a straight line to a point at ST1964046153, then following the line of mean high water to the point of commencement; and\n(b) the landward limits, that is to say so much of the land lying within the limits of deviation of Work Nos. TJ1, TJ2 and TJ3 shown on sheet nos. 7, 8 and 9 as is above the level of mean high water.",
