# The Hinkley Point Harbour Empowerment Order 2012, Article 16: Operational land for purposes of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990

Extent: E+W+S

The planning permission granted by article 3 of the 1995 Order for the development authorised by this Order shall be treated as specific planning permission for the purposes of section 264(3)(a) of the 1990 Act (a case in which land is to be treated as operational land).
