# The Hirwaun Generating Station Order 2015, Article 4: Maintenance of authorised development

Extent: E+W+S

(1) Except to the extent that this Order or an agreement made under this Order provides otherwise, the undertaker may at any time maintain the authorised development.
(2) This article only authorises the carrying out of maintenance works within the Order limits.
