  "text": "(1) The undertaker must notify the relevant planning authority of the date of final commissioning as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event within three months after the occurrence of that date.\n(2) The undertaker must notify the relevant planning authority of the date the authorised development permanently ceases to generate power on a commercial basis as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event within three months after the occurrence of that date.",
