  "text": "Numbered work 2 of the authorised development is not to commence until the following details for that numbered work have been provided to the Ministry of Defence Geographic Centre—\n(a) location of the authorised development;\n(b) proposed date of commencement;\n(c) anticipated date of final commissioning;\n(d) the height above ground of the tallest structure forming part of the authorised development; and\n(e) the maximum extension height of the tallest structure anticipated to be within the Order land during construction of the authorised development.",
