# The Hirwaun Generating Station Order 2015, Paragraph 15: Arbitration

Extent: E+W+S

Save for differences or disputes arising under paragraph 6(2), 6(4), 7(1), 8 and 9 any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and National Grid under this Schedule shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and National Grid, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 39 (arbitration) of the Order.
